This is Mon-El by Kerry Gammill. I have always loved his comic book work it is just a classic work. He draws one of the best Superman as far as I am concerned. This picture of Mon-El looks regal to me. This is my friend Eric's favorite sketch I believe.
You're right, he does look regal. I'm always amazed by people who can draw. I can't draw a stick figure, so this is like the work of a wizard to me.
